Email setup and migrations

Changing email providers should not be scary. We plan the migration, move mailboxes, calendars and contacts, then configure the domain correctly so your messages reach their destination.

Who it is for

  • Businesses moving from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, or the other way around
  • Teams leaving a traditional email host (cPanel, IMAP, domain registrar)
  • Businesses consolidating several domains or several accounts
  • Any number of users: from 1 to several hundred

What is included

  • Written migration plan, with the cutover date
  • Creation of accounts, aliases and groups
  • Transfer of email, calendars and contacts
  • DNS records: MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and autodiscover
  • Reconfiguration of devices (Outlook, Apple Mail, phones)
  • Post-cutover verification and 30-day warranty

How it works

  1. Inventory of users, domains and data to transfer

  2. Preparation of the new provider and initial data transfer

  3. Cutover on an agreed date, usually in the evening or on a weekend

  4. Follow-up for 30 days to handle small adjustments

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose email during the migration?

No. Data is copied before the cutover, then a final pass picks up what arrived in between. The old account stays accessible until you confirm everything is there.

How long does a migration take?

From a few days for a small team to a few weeks for several dozen users. The written plan gives the exact schedule.

Do you work with providers other than Microsoft and Google?

Yes. Any provider that offers IMAP or a standard export tool can be a source: Zoho, Proton, web hosts, domain registrars, on-premises Exchange servers and so on.
